I (Patrick) am extremely lucky that I have two amazing Agent Partners, Katie and Karyn, working alongside me every day. Patrick, Katie, and Karyn work together throughout the entire real estate process, allowing us to serve our clients in the best possible way. Katie and Karyn are both fully licensed agents and very knowledgeable in every aspect involving real estate. Both agent partners help with showings, coordinating listings, preparing offers, and so much more!

Lisa Johnson
Office Manager / Marketing
Lisa serves as CrestPoint’s Office Manager and Marketing Director. While she does not have as much client interaction as the rest of the team, she handles a lot in the background that equally supports our team. Lisa handles all of our onboarding, marketing, event planning, accounting, as well as office management. She helps keep a lot of our records and information organized. Lisa also steps in and helps out in any other way that is needed.
Emily Froelich
Transaction Coordinator
Emily serves as Patrick’s Transaction Coordinator. After we get a deal to pending status, she steps in to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible for our clients. She ensures all paperwork has been completed and sent to the right people. If you have any questions throughout the real estate buying or selling process, chances are, Emily will have an answer for you!
Katie Chappelow
First Impressions
Katie helps with our First Impressions at CrestPoint. She assists Patrick with finding new talented agents who could benefit from being part of the team. Katie is an amazing asset for answering any questions during the initial interview phases. .
